To be in with the chance of winning you should

• Log regular journeys

• Leave your car at home for local trips and switch to walk, wheel and public transport journeys

• Talk about your efforts and share your stories by posting your comments on social media and the Challenge platform.

The top 10 participants who have been actively getting involved will be entered into the prize draw.

Remember that this challenge is about making lots of regular journeys rather than fewer long distance. Well done for getting out there and giving it a go!

The winning teams can bask in the glory of topping the leaderboards! We will be awarding them with a £50 donation to a charity of their choice. The runners up, coming in second on the leaderboards will be awarded with a £30 charity voucher.
