During this challenge, what i’ve done is a gift to myself, but it is only a reminder to me that my body is capable of amazing things. Start today, and inspire others to do the same. This Challenge, I personally think really encourages people to start, continue and extend their fitness. I congratulate all of you that have started fitness, continued your fitness and extended and pushed your physical abilities.

Well done everyone.

I am 71 years old and started e-cycling 6 weeks ago. Cycle to work two days a week and use for leisure/exercise. The same commute of 5.5 miles, one way, by car, takes 45 minutes plus, cycling takes around 25 minutes, I am loving it!

After the very close meet up with the tarmac. Bruises and scrapes are healing well. Still really enjoying the exercise, be it cycling walking or running. Let’s all keep up the effort and make it to the end.😊🚴

Smashing start to week 2. Felt really good on the bike this morning just up to the time a smashed myself in to the tarmac. Slipped on mud on the road lots of scraps and bruises but, no pain no gain😂. Keep going everyone.

Walked part of the journey to work today instead of catching the bus. Hoping to increase the walking stage each week

What a beautiful week to start the challenge. Have been really enjoying the extra time walking to school with my son and getting out at lunchtime for an occasional run!

Day 5 of the challenge complete. Feeling great. 3 cold mornings on the bike, looks like rain the next few days, that will not stop me.Aiming to cycle every day of the challenge.🚴

Parked 1 mile from work today to get extra steps in and save on fuel/ CO2. That'll add 2 miles walking to my daily steps where i would have previously drove. This challenge is helping me improve my health and wellbeing as well as helping environment! Wish it could be every month to improve my motivation!

Very cold morning🥶, would have been warmer in the car! But the cycle was great for my fitness. 🚴

It's a sunny first day of the Challenge. Hooray!
